Do you have a minimum order?

 Yes, as we are a wholesale company we have a minimum order of $500 AUD before tax (if applicable) and shipping costs.

Why is there a 2 hour time limit to complete an order?

Many of the jewellery pieces in this catalogue are one-of-a-kind (only 1 in stock) items. In the event that someone forgets to checkout, we'd like to make sure this item becomes available to the next customer. For this reason, we have an automatic system in place to make sure these items in the shopping cart are returned back into the inventory after 2 hours.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, our discounts are based on (online only) volume purchasing. Orders over $5000 AUD will receive a 10% discount, before tax (if applicable) and shipping costs. The discount is calculated prior to checkout in the shopping cart page (My Collection)

How do I navigate through the catalogue?

There are several ways to find what you're looking for. You can browse each category (All Jewellery, Pendants, Rings etc) and then refine that category in the left sidebar using filters such as Gemstone, Colour etc.
This works great if you would like to see (for example) Amethyst Rings. Simply click on the rings category and refine by the gemstone "Amethyst". If you want to see ALL items in Amethyst, you need to click on the All Jewellery category, then refine this category by Amethyst. You also have the option to sort any page using the sort menu on the right side of the product grid.

What does "Actual Photo" & "Sample Photo" mean?

You may have spotted these details in the "remarks" section on the product view page. The term "Actual Photo" is simply what it says; the product you are viewing is the actual piece in the photo. If the details say "Sample Photo", this means that we have several of these items in stock that are identical in size and price but have some minor differences in terms of stone pattern or texture. To avoid cluttering the catalogue with almost identical items, we have chosen to display a representative "sample" photo. In other cases within the same design, the differences in stone pattern/quality can vary a lot and we will choose to list these items in the catalogue individually and the images will be "Actual Photos" . Please keep this in mind if you are using our images for selling your products online.

How do I order the FREE product photos and FREE packaging?

Selling online? Our optional (and free!) images can save you a lot of time in extra photography (please read the section above about "Actual and Sample" photos). After you have compiled your collection of jewellery and proceeded to the final step of the checkout, you have the option to select the free product images. Once your order has been received and processed by us, you will receive an email with a zip file of the photos matching the products you have purchased. Likewise with the free optional packaging, please proceed through to the final stage of the checkout and tick the required box if you wish to receive gift packaging along with your order.

Why is GST tax not included in the prices?

Due to the fact we export internationally, all prices exclude the 10% GST tax, however if you are purchasing within Australia, the GST will be added to the total of your order. Please keep this in mind when viewing prices.

How do I know what size the item is?

Each item has sizes included in the product detail view. In the case of Pendants, Earrings and Bracelets, the sizes represent the maximum dimensions of the silverwork, ie from the very top of the pendant bail to the base of the pendant, or from the top of the earring hook to the base. In the case of rings, the sizes listed are the US ring size followed by the actual stone size. Please refer to the "Guide to Pendant Size" image in the left sidebar, this will help with approximate pendant sizes at a glance.

Can you place items on hold for me?

Unfortunately due to the structure of our online inventory database, we do not place items on hold.

Stock Availability

As we operate a physical store and online business with thousands of products, we strive to keep our inventory database as up to date as possible, however in the rare event that an item you have ordered is not available due to simultaneous orders being placed, a technical error or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and offered an alternative suitable item.

Refund/Returns Policy

Entia Jewellery takes great pride in providing quality, long lasting craftsmanship and we offer a lifetime manufacturing guarantee If for any reason you encounter a manufacturing fault at any stage after purchasing the item, please contact us to arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Should you receive an item that you feel does not accurately match the photograph on our website (see below), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange refund or credit. Please note that Entia Jewellery accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods occurred during shipping. All returns are shipped at your cost.

Image Accuracy and Display Items

The images on this website are intended to be as accurate as possible to the actual item in terms of stone colour and quality or workmanship. Please view these photos carefully as they form part of the item description, and colours may vary slightly according to your screen settings. Should you receive an item that you feel does not match the website photo, please contact us to arrange a refund or credit (see above).
Any items in the photos such as chains, props, stands etc are for display purposes only and are not included in the item sale.
